Shirley Suguitan began her career as a Loan Officer by accident .  She started as a Tele-Marketer calling on homeowners who wanted to refinance.  ThroughTelemarketing she was hired as a loan officer in 1996.
Not knowing much about the Mortgage Industry she took training and classes to further advance her skills in the Mortgage business.  With background in sales & marketing,  a former State of Hawaii SBA Awards winner and business owner makes Shirley an exception choice when it comes to getting the job done. 

Growing up in Hawaii she understands the Ohana way, multi-family dwelling and the not so perfect credit.   She continues to educate her self with the trends in mortgage technology and creative financing.  She specializes in USDA loans, a zero down program that offers 102% financing.  She also offers loan programs such as VA loans, loan modifications, equity loans, jumbo loans, refinances.  A down to earth girl, friendly and professional.  80% of her business comes from referrals which says a lot about her intergrity, profession and expert.
